How do i do a right y scale, in 1 week!?

Help!!!!!!!!!!! i have i week untill my dance recital, (it is the 21st) and i have to do a right y-scale turn!!!! i can do a left y scale, but no one else in my class can.................. help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need some good streaches or something..........
