well,

i would say,

thinly line your eyes,

(top and bottom)

with a black liner

making the line a little bit thinker on the top

use a dark dark brown eyeshadow

or a dull black

and lightly blend from the top lashline out

maybe smudge the liner on the bottome

just a little

then put on a nice thick coat of black mascara

maybe two

(but wait for the first to dry)

she also looks like she has a very subtle pink blush on the apples of her cheeks

so just get a blush brush..

smear it through the blush

blow on it a little

and wipe it from the middle of your cheeks

towards your hairline

after brushing it on

kinda blend it in a little with your fingers

and a light pinkish nude lip color

or maybe just some pink tinted lipgloss

heyy i know that look (= that would be how i do my makeup sometimes.

curl your eyelashes on top lashes and put jet black mascara (eyelash curler &mascara)

put LOTS of eyeliner. start off with a line, then make that line thicker. do that for the top. use liquid liner over the pencil so it wouldn't smudge all over

line the bottom a few more times then usual

Use a liquid eyeliner on the top lip & black eyeshadow

and a black eye liner pencil at the bottom

if you use a pencil on the top lid, it'll end up smudging and running more.

Erm its basically just eyeliner on the top + bottom and some dark eyeshadow..

Nude eyeshadow (or none if you prefer) lots of black eyeliner and smudge!

Put some black or grey shadow on top and blend outwards

Finish up with some mascara and that's about it
