you use a powder that is almost identical to your skin...eyeliner as cllose to your eye as possible..very cream colored eyeshadows..and good black mascara..bearly any blush..and possibly light lipgloss

simple.....all u need is mascara, eyeliner, and a light brown eye shadow, but use liquid eyeliner.
