How do i do my makeup??? plz help!!

i am 13, 14 soon. i dont have a pic of myself and im not changing anything soon. i have blue green eyes, im 5'7" and really skinny according to others. i have a little below shoulder cut and sublte highlights. my eyes are a little small, and my brows are low. my problem is i really like black eyeliner but i cant use it because of my deep set eyes. and i cant rock bright colors like blue and purple for school because it clashes with my eye color. AND beige, brown and dull colors are boring to me. PLEEEEEZ HELP!!! THNX!!! :DD

I'd stick to shimmery colours - choose eyeshadows which have a glittery look like gold, shimmery pale greens etc.

And use a highlighter along your brow and cheek bones to give an illusion of space between your eyes and brows.

well.

use white eyeliner.

it will open your eyes up.

also, for eyeshadow, use light colors; pink, purple, blue, sliver, and white. also try and eye opening mascara... use lots of it so it makes your lashes long- and SUPER visible- get rid of clumps by running your fingers across your lashes.

you can use a little brownish black eyeliner on the top corner of your eyes.-thats it.

and use a light, shimmery, higlighter under your brows.

also, smile and apply a light pink blush to the apples of your cheeks.
