how do i solve this?

i have to "rationalize the denominator"

1 is the numerator

and the denominator is the fifth root of x squared

  3. the above person(sloan) does not know what she is talking about. to rationalize the denominator you multiply by the 5th root of x^2. multiply 5th root of x^2/5th root of x^2

  4. multiply both the numerator and denominator with 5th root of x cubed...you will get 5th root of xcubed in the numerator and x in the denominator and hence the denominator is rationalized...
