How do i do this? help pleaseee?

I have to gain about 15 pounds for my anorexia recovery. How do I do this without having the weight go straight to my lower stomach? I have worked really hard to get abs in the past 2 years and I don't want to lose them. I do crunches every night and I jog a little over an hour on the treadmill everyday.

  2. Weight cannot be distributed to certain parts of your body more than another, so either way, with 15 pounds more weight you will be exactly the same.

  3. the way to gain weight but not get out of shape is to keep exercising, and eat the calories given to you by a doctor, or you can find a calories calculator that is for maintaing your weight and add 500 calories, by still exercising you will still be toned and the weight will go on evenly. Good luck  

  4. You can start seeing abs when your bodyfat is under 10%...

    If you want to gain weight and still see abs, the bodyfat must not increase that much which means youll have to put on 15 pounds of muscle weight lol?

    Starting pumping iron hun. lol but 15 pounds of pure muscle is harddd. You can get at max like 7-8 pounds of pure muscle a year if i remember correctly.

    Why dont you just put on a bit of fat, it works well for girls anyway.

    And really... you are so dedicated. I do abs like 3x every month and they still stay there... they just wont go away LOL. Its true, if you have great abs since the begining, the chances are you'll have them for life. Once they start dulling i just work them out for like 2 weeks and they come back. I don't even do cardio. I just watch my diet.

    Besides if you want to gain weight, you shouldn't be doing cardio at all.
