How do i do this please help!!!!?

I'm trying to put a layout on my myspace page from createblog.com but it keeps saying Copy (CTRL C) and paste (CTRL V) code to the specified fields how do i do it?

Hold Ctrl and press C to copy the code and hold Ctrl and press V to paste the code.

Take your cursor and highlite the code, then either hold CTRL and C or right click and copy. Then go to Myspace and go to edit lay out and right click in the body text and either hold CTRL and V or right click and paste it.
