Delete upper and lower  filters (Not bak)        

CAUTION : Make sure you back up your registry before you try this

Start

Run Type in    regedit

Click file

Click Export

Put a dot in all

Add file name and click save    (I use the current date as a file name)

when you run "regedit" you will have an explorer type window

under "Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl... those are the "folders" you have to browse to get to, so on the left pane open up the "+" sign under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" then open up "SYSTEM" then open up "CurrentControlSet" then "Control" and finally open up "Class" and search for the "{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" folder, and when you find it select (or left click) on it so it is highlighted.

On the right side, you should see two keys called "UpperFilters" and "LowerFilters", just double click each and an edit window will pop up, remove everything under "Value Data" and hit OK.  

That's it!  Reboot when you are done with both of those edit windows.
