I'm recovering from anorexia and I want to gain weight so I can row in crew this year. I continue to exercise, doing a 45 minute run everyday and doing abdominal exercises. Occasionally I lift weights with a trainer. How can I ensure that I gain the weight in muscle and not fat?

  2. I am also recovering myself. I find it very handy to have a dietitian because they can make very wise choices for you and you know that you can take their word for it because they expert in it. Good luck!
