How do I gain weight without having fat accumulation in my lower stomach? I jog 65 minutes a day on the treadmill and do 300 abs.

  1. I know how you feel. I have the same exact fears.  But don't worry-- the jogging and ab exercises will keep your tummy toned.  You won't gain it all in your stomach.  The weight gain should be evenly distributed throughout your body, and you will look fabulous!
