How do i do this to one of my pictures?

You can do that on photoshop.

1.Open the picture you want to edit on Photoshop.

2.Duplicate the layer(Layer> Duplicate layer)

3.Change the Mode of the duplicate layer into "Color doge"

3. Then invert the duplicate image by clicking "Ctrl+I".

4. Click on Filter, then "Blur" and  "Gaussian Blur", Set "Radius" to 8-9 pixels. (Filter>Blur>Glassian Blur)

5.Now click on the bottom of the layer Palette, then click on "Threshold", and adjust it until the details are seen. It looks a like sketch now.

  

6.Then create a new layer.Click on "Layer", then click on "New" and then on "Layer"(Layer>New layer> Layer). Put the mode of the new layer to "Multiply" and start coloring.
