How do i do this with my g zone cell phone?

i have recorded a sound i want to use as a ringtone. how do i bring it out of "my sounds" into "my ringtones"?

This is going to sound crazy but just might work. See if the phone gives you an option to sent the sound, if so, send it to your own phone number. When you receive the message, open it and go to options and see if there is an option to save as a ringtone. I know on most verizon phones, this is the only way to make a sound a ringtone.
