How do i download Oregon Trail (the first one) for free?

Question

i have been to different sights, and twice was "able to download the files" or whatever to my computer. so supposedly there it is on my computer, but i cant... ya know, get the game to PLAY! i am pretty sure there are some set up procedures and stuff i have to go through, but none of the... sub folders underneith the main folder will open! and none of the instructions are being very helpful either, i just keep getting re directed to different websights and stuff. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong? im jones'n here!!

you can only download the free trail that's it if you want the full version of the game go to the site i have down below it cost money to do this :)ava06

The only Oregon Trail game I found for download was only for Mac Users because it is a Mac game.If you have a PC you are out of luck unless well you go out to the stores and buy the newer pc versions.I wanted it too but found out only for Mac
