How do i download a game from rapidshare?

i use warez-bb.org and i really want to know how i use rapidshare. i download as a free user so it takes a while. but after all the downloads are downloaded, what do i do? please help! it would be great if i could get step by step instructions. i am trying to download the game "deadliest catch alaskan storm". i have one of the several links downloaded and i have no clue what to do. please help, (btw i dont want answers from people that will say "go buy the game" or "thats wrong" or w.e.) please and thank you in advanced... also please include any programs i need to install. thanks!
