You have to convert your video to mp4 video at first, then copy the mp4 video to the "Viddeo" folder on your PSP memory stick, if you don't have this folder, create it by yourself.

hmm well you'll be needing a converter... Google one video converter from thousands of website. fyi, I am using Total Video Converter. This is how to put videos into your Sony PSP using this software for example.

1. google Total Video Converter and free download

2. It come up with a box saying run. Click on "run"

3. Open Total Video Converter and drap a video into the box. And it come up with catalogues, click on "PSP video"

4. When converting is finished, it should come up in a folder named "MP ROOT".

5. Then connect your PSP and drag the whole folder "MP ROOT" into PSP.

FINISHED NOW!  you got what you need !

download this but get the free download it is very easy to use then when thats down converting go to the psp root on the memory stick then there is one that says m1001 and put it in this one

There are two ways to put videos on your PSP depends on your psp version.

First, you need to convert the files to PSP mp4 format with a specialized PSP converter.

If the version of your psp is higher than 3.0, you just need to copy the converted files to your Video folder of you memory stick, and they can be played.

If it's lower than 3.0, you need to manual built a folder in the memory stick and rename it as MP_ROOT, then built two sub-folders in it which renamed as 100ANV01 and 101 MNV01 respectively and put the converted MP4 files in to the MNV folder.
