How do i download movies from my computer to a disc?

Depends what format you've downloaded them as.

Divx and mpeg can usually be simply added as a data disc I think but you will need a decent dvd player to handle these.

If you've downloaded them as an .iso "image" file then use Infrarecorder or imgburn to burn them as an image to disc.
