How do i download myxer ringtones to my samsung phone?????

it told me that i cant send it to verizon phones so it said download it to a file then e mail it the my phone but when i download it it downloads to itunes and i cant email the link does anyone know how to get the link off itunes?? or how to save it to somewhere else? please helpp! my phone is samsung s410
