How do i download/save pictures to my computer from a Walgreens photo CD?

How do i download/save pictures to my computer from a Walgreens photo CD?

Put the CD in your drive it should be auto play (open up by itself). But if it's not go to my computer, look for whatever drive that the CD is in. It should be labeled with a date or say something about walgreens photo. Double click that drive. Your pic's should pop up, if not right click a white area on the screen, and click display by thumbnails.  Then your should see all of your photos. Right Click on the photo u want to save, click open with, look for paint. That pic should open up in paint. IN PAINT click file, save as, then a screen should open up. Click on MY DOCUMENTS on the left side, then MY PICTURES  should be displayed  along with other folders. Double click my pics and press SAVE.

That is the only way that I know how to save them to the computer. It might seem long. There also might be another way to do it which might be faster, but like I said this is the only way I know.
