How do i download themes from my comp. to my phone.?

i have a sony ericsson s500i and i dont have the pc suite installed... how do i download themes to my phone through the computer?

if you mean like pictures and ringers.... www.phonezoo.com  set up an account for FREE, then when your done with that your going to see a tab that says photos click it...then you should see a two tabs under it that say All Photos and Create from file...then click create from file...then browse through the Pictures file on your computer then choose the pic you want crop it to adjust it for your phone size....ya da ya da ya da....then there's a button where it says send to phone.... it will arrive in a text message....open the text go to options click go to....then download the pic to your phone...hopefully this is what your looking for...if not....i just wasted my time.....smh
