How do i download this ps3 home theme?

i looked on the playstation store and i could not find it where is it to?

ad is it to late to download it and go into the ps3 home beta draw thing?

It is in the Themes section of the Playstation Store.

I didn't see it at first, either, but I assure you it is where you looked; just look again.

Are you from Europe? This theme is available only on US and, I think, Japanese PSN. However, you can create another profile on your PS3, register it with a fake address in US. I have accounts in all regions this way.
