You mean "draw the cue ball", I think.  You want to hit the cueball below center.  Make sure you use a level stroke and follow through at least 6 inches.  It'll require some practice and you may miscue a few times but that's to be expected.  The lower you hit it and the harder you hit it, the more draw you'll get.
