Well i dont know why u want to look hot but if your stomach is showing and your wearing either  short shorts, or a short skirt (without shorts underneath) and then a thong hanging out, and lots of cleavage then guys will think your hot. But most guys don't really care much about how you wear your hair. Long and wavy is pretty, along with shiny and silky. Just make sure your well groomed and your good.

I would try making waves with mousse. Right now, waves and volume are the hottest thing! forget that stick straight hair! Its all VOLUMIZED now, hon! So do what you can to get those waves... :))

As for clothes, boot cut and skinny jean seem to be lookin good. Vests over blouses are pretty cool, too....Basically, anything you could find at Forever 21 or Papaya. If you don't have either of them near you, i would suggest a look at forever21.com . seriously. just looking @ their clothes should give you a good picture. Oh, and shoes! PUMPS, WEDGES, maybe flats, k? Bright sunglasses! In fact, all accessories are bright! Bright and NEON!!! yeah!!! sry im enjoying this a little too much.

Hi,

always try to be simple and elegant. Not too "frilly" or "frizzy" or "lacey", if u see what I mean. Nice color combinations.  But once in a while, try elements of more colourful things. Also for hair, simple, but good (and unfortunately, often expensive) haircut. Suggestion is often better than "baring it all". But do use low cut tops. Tip: Glittering cream or powder on neck and down towards ur chest and on your arms when they are bared. . ("Sunpowder" or the like). Good luck. (It's not so easy to explain this briefly).

Well, since it's summer I would say wear a long sleeved shirt, and a sweater over it.  Also, put on your heaviest winter coat.  Big snow boots, corduroy pants, and leave your hair down and put on a big fur hat. If you wear that to the beach everyone will think that you are very hot!!

If u are skinny, wear real tight jeans, straight shoulder length hair, and no top, just kidding. For winter a nice leather or jean jacket over a tanktop. Or just a tight tanktop. But to tell you the truth, boys arent attracted to anyone who isnt skinny. Unless they are fat. It sounds like you may be fat.

that depends on your body type. also, what is your style? there are a lot of different hot styles... but don't sell out and just go with whatever u think the trend is. stay in your style and just spice it up.

Pantene Texturize shampoo/conditioner. Straighten your hair, but but some texturize/volumizing mousse in there first.

wear a cute top and a pair of shorts (not tanga underwear length) but decent length and some wedges or flats and for hair iron it or curl it to a wave so you dont look trashy leave something for the imagination too
