  1. take it to the laundry matt put it in large dryer put it on air dry it will cost about a dollar but well worth it also throw in laundry sheet tent will smell better when unpacked

  2. If its a sunny day you can spread it out on the driveway or lawn.  It usually drys quickly.

  3. got a hairdryer? just leave it on pointed at the tent.

  4. Just hang it on the washing line to dry or over banisters.

  5. If you can't leave it up to dry with the inner away, hang it on a make - shift washing line or over the boot of your car in sunshine (not while you are driving obviously).  If you have to bring it home wet, stick it in a bin bag until you get home where you can hang it in the garden, bathroom, garage or anywhere else you have that is big enough and dry enough.

  6. For the fly sheet the best way is to pitch the tent and let it dry outside in the sun. Inner tent, then generally its the groundsheet that needs drying - just lay it flat in the sun.

If you dont have space to leave the tent out at home to dry then hang it over a clothes airer in the shower or over the bath (to catch the drips), or in the loft (in this weather the loft will dry it out in an hour or so)

If you want you can even throw it in the tumble drier on a cool settings - check carefully every now and again that it doesnt get too hot.

  7. Leave the tent standing in direct sunlight without the rainfly on.. it's the best way.

  8. It depends on what needs to be dried:

If the tent itself needs to be dried and it doesnt have to be staked down to remain together, then set up the tent, open all the doors and windows to the tent and hang it from something in a warm dry area so it isnt sitting on the ground. That way you dry out the bottom as well as the rest of the tent. And it will go pretty quick.(couple hours)

If only the rain fly needs to be dried, then simply hang the fly over your shower curtain rod in the bathroom. It will take care of itself.

Keep in mind that most tents are nylon and over time do not react well with UV light. To help maximize the life of your tent, keep it out of direct sunlight as much as possible. The nylon will get brittle and tear very easily..

  9. The same way you dry your clothes - on the line.

  10. have you got a garden, if so hang it on clothes line or if not perhaps the bathroom where it should air
