  1. ok

Simple really, jump off one foot (easiest) left foot if you are dunking with the left hand, and vice versa then make sure your entire hand is over the rim, then turn your wrist down and push on the rim, hold on if you like!

    Thanks, Will

  2. Step1

Have big hands, or stick to the two-handed dunk - dunking is much easier if you can palm the ball.

    Step2

Be a good jumper. Even if you're 6-foot-6, you need to be able to jump.

    Step3

Dribble toward the basket with speed.

    Step4

Pick up the ball from your dribble 10 to 12 feet from the basket.

    Step5

    Take your allowed two steps.

    Step6

Palm the ball with your dunking hand, or grasp it firmly with both hands.

    Step7

Push up from your second step, toward the rim, jumping as high as you can.

    Step8

Extend your arm with the ball toward the rim, or if you're using two hands, bring the ball back behind your head for additional style points.

    Step9

Slam the ball through the basket. Do not hang from the rim unless there's a danger of landing on somebody.

    Step10

Celebrate your dunk in a cool way as you run back to play defense - make it clear that this wasn't your first or, certainly, your last dunk.

  3. If you can grip the ball, just throw it down to the hole!

  4. If you can easily grab the ring with two hands you are halfway there. Sometimes it is always in the feet. Try finger rolling lay ups each time try and get as close to the ring before you release the ball.

If you are there it will come natural.

you may find that coming off a 2 steps might be great but a vertical leap (powering off both legs) will give you more lift.

  5. First, pracctice your vertical jump, practice jumping at the gym. Build the muscles in your legs with leg workouts. Then you have to learn to palm the ball because you dont want to lose it when you try to dunk. Or if one of your hands arent big enough, try using both hands to dunk. So get all of that packed down, you should be fine. You can also try these websites:

  6. If your right-handed you will jump off of your left foot, not right root. There's not much of a technique except jump and slam the ball through the rim. Hitting your wrist happens to most people that dunk so don't worry about that too much. It doesn't hurt.

  7. Um, jump up and let the ball fall into the hoop. As you start to fall when you release the ball into the hoop, grip your fingers around the rim and hold on.
