  1. what cardio do you do?

read up on interval training. its too long to explain. google it-interval training.

its the best cardio you can find. interval sprinting in particular. best visceral (stomach) fat burner too.

you can't just eat healthy and get a 6 pack.

once you've burnt off all your fat your abs are going to start showing. everyone has abs on the inside but you need to be doing a few crunches too. like 50 for each quadrant everyday. 50 upper-50 mid -50 lower. since you train 5/week you know what exercises target what quadrant so i don't need to explain that to you.

for a 6 pack you need to burn off visceral fat. do it with interval training.

don't do it close to your weight training session. if you weight train in the evenings get your cardio in , in the mornings.

watch your carbs.. read up on GI indexes.

    lots of fibre.

    lots of water.

continue with your weight training, it doesn't target your abs primarily but everything helps.

don't bothr coutning calories especially since your active.

don't eat mcdonalds. like zero. zilch.

    restrict your deserts.

    cut carbs from your dinner.

eat muesli in the morning. get enough protein from whatever sources.

other tip would be eat vegetarian. cut meat out and you'll see your six pack alot quicker. get protein from other sources. there are better, healthier sources out there.
