How do i edit a color to an object?

like if i had a picture with me having big white glasses on then where would i go to just change the color of my glasses and not the whole pic??

like layout sites do?

Photo editing program.

There should be a colorize paintbrush or pen.

Select your picture, choose the color and paint away.
