How do i edit a photo like this?

This picture was edited by photoshop.

If you have photoshop, you can easily do it.

You need two different pictures for this,  One for the background and one is the picture of the person.

1.Open the person's picture on photoshop.

2.Double click on the background layer. This way you can work on background. And create a new layer. You will hav 2 layers now, "Layer 0" and "Layer 1"

3.Erase the background on "Layer 0" on the picture by using "Eraser tool".

4. Select the erased background by using "Magic Tool"

5.Right click, and click on "Layer via cut".

6.Delete "Layer 1" now.

In this way you are going to have only the person.

7.And open another colorful picture that you have chosen for the background.

7.Drag the earlier layer of the person in the new picture,

8.Click on "Move tool" and place it wherever you want to.

9. Add text by clicking "Horizontal type tool" on the Tool box. (Press 'T' for Horizontal type tool)

the person must have used photoshop , well if you want to edit photoes like that there is this really cool website i would recommend for free picnik.com

it has really cool fonts and effects much better then photobucket , hope this helps .

Take a picture infront of a neutral wall use photoshop to make the background invisibe.. If you need help send me an e-mail..
