like change the background like that. i think you can do it on photobucket. ..it has to do with layers..or something. i know how to get there but i dont know wht to do once im there. help

yea you need to know how to use photoshop

you need to but what ever backround you want

then delete the backround of what you want to insert there

place image cut-outs on each layer, with selection expand borders 5~10 pixels, fill with choice of color, add blur shadow effects,

design another layer with background pattern, add outlines and borders, other render lighting effects and add noise for glitter appearance, still jpg or animated gif,
