    ((:

  9. get gimp

    http://www.gimp.org/

its like a free version of photoshop

    open ur picture in gimp

in the toolbar click the 3rd symbol it should say "free select tool"

foreground select might work too (7th symbol) im not sure

and basically draw an outline of the picture (the non background part)

then click and drag or copy and paste this selected area to a new window (file -> new)

then open the pattern or picture you would like to use for your background in gimp and save it as a ".pat" file in this folder:

    "C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\patterns"

(when you save it youll have to expand the "Browse for other folders" and "Select File Type" sections to be able to save it in that particular folder and file type)

save ur picture that you cut out because you might have to restart gimp for the changes to take effect

then in that picture, go to the bucket tool (21st icon), and below that are some options for that tool

Under fill type, select pattern fill (instead of FG or BG fill)

and then select the picture you saved in that folder in the previous step, so you can use it as the background

then use the bucket tool with that pattern and click the white space around your picture cutout

it should work, and then you can just fix up some details n ur done yay

  10. You have to download or buy Adobe Photoshop. There is a 30 day free trial,if your trial already ended, try searching for other online editing programs. Like Photobie™ or try going ot FotoFlexer.com
