How do i edit my pics like these on photobucket?

thee first question is really

simple. all you need is paint.

you go on to paint and make your

workspace bigger than your pictures then

click "edit" then click "paste from"

then pick the picture you want,

it will come up and there should be the

extra space that you made your workspace.

(if you dont have extraspace then just expand it)

then you continue doing this, when you have another

picture you move it to where you want. such as

under the picture. soon you'll have what you want :)

for the other question you must have

photofiltre or photoshop. you can also

go to lunapic.com to do that. :)
