How do i edit photos i have uploaded from my camera to my computer?

i ahve adobe photoshop album starter edition 3.0, but can i edit photos in that? or do i need to download something else?

Of course you can edit photos in the photo shop...that's what it is for..

drag the photo you want to edit in the photo shop screen...and edit it.

The buttons and functions are self explainable...
