well this was taken on a mac and it naturally does that if u choose that effect.. but photobucket recently got this cool thing where u uplaod ur pic and then click  edit picture, and theres little tabs above the pics and click on "distort" and u can make ur picture all funky

Paint.NET, photo editing program with numerous features.  What your looking for will be under Effects > Distort.  Do a search for "get paint.net for free".  Yes, it's a free download engineered by Washington State University for Microsoft.  First the pictures of the flying squirrels and now this, I'll never go to sleep tonight.

um that pic was done with prolly a mac computer..

it has it in its picture frame thing..

at least i knw mine does..

but idk if there are any sides or ways u can do that besides havin a mac computer..sorry
