If you 'qualify' to use Buy It Now, you'll see the BIN box right next to the one that you put your starting price in when you're creating your listing.

To use 'buy it now' as a seller, you have to have 10 feedback, or if you have a linked PayPal account you only need 5 feedback (you can also use 'buy it now' if you have no feedback at all but do have a direct debit set up to pay your seller fees - as this takes 19 days to be fully functional, it's probably quicker to get yourself some feedback!)
