  1. It is not rude to stand up for one of the very few rights your child has - the right to child support.

The only way to enforce regular support is to obtain a court order.  Go to your state child support enforcement agency as soon as possible.  They will tell you about voluntary paternity establishment options.

It may be necessary to participate in hears on paternity and on establishing support obligations.  If your child's father is a jerk, he may try to place some guilt on you.  His behavior would be inappropriate.

You can tell if you are acting correctly by asking one question: Does this help my child?

  2. Contact your local child support enforcement agency.  After the child is born, have paternity established and then have them pursue support.  You'll only be a party to the action.  You won't have to deal with him directly.

    Good luck.

  3. Get a job and stop bothering him.

  4. When the child is born, ask him to help out by buying you diapers, formula, and other basic needs for the child. If he refuses, get him to give up rights to the child or go to court for child support payments.

Tell him to get a job, or a part-time job if he has a job already. If he has a job, the state will garnish (take out some) of his wages and send it to you in a check, whether he likes it or not. Talk to his parents as well.

  5. You don't want to be mean to your soon to be born baby father!!!

The guy don't seam from what i have read on here that he cares anything about you or that child that he had help in making.

Don't worry about what he can afford or not afford in helping you support your child, The child support enforcement will worry about that for you..

And your first obligation is to your new baby, and not to the baby's father..  You must take action for your child, That child has every right to get support from his or her father.. And you as the baby mother must make sure that baby is getting it. If this baby father does not want to come forward to help support that baby then you must make sure you take actions to make him help.. It is the law that he does!

Don't be concern if you are being mean or not!  You need to only worry about that baby and yourself..

IF you are going to bring a baby into this world with a father that does not want to do his share in helping to raise or support that baby then it is up to you as a good parent to make sure you do what you have to do to make sure that child is getting support and getting what that child needs from his or her father.. The law is on your side or I should say the baby's side on this matter. It is not about you or the father of this child. IT IS ABOUT THAT BABY!!! AND ONLY ABOUT THAT BABY!!!

  6. go to court after the baby is born and file a support order...the courts will bring both of u in and go over all the details and he'll be ordered to pay support..if he doesnt pay his wages can be garnished...

  7. It's time for him to grow up and be a man.  IF you're sure it's his, and can prove it, go to court and petition for child support; he can get another job.

  8. Every county in the u.s. has a government agency charged with child support enforcement and no charge to the custodial parent.  They usually work for the local prosecutor.  Sometimes for the attorney general.  They work both for the benefit of you and the child, but also to reduce the burden on the welfare agencies that may result from unsupported children.  Once the baby is born, contact them.  They will initiate an action for child support, arrange for DNA testing, get an order for support and enforce it.

  9. Get a lawyer. Its not time to be nice

  10. Get a lawyer and have his wages garnished.  Too darn bad if he can't afford it.  He should have kept his pants on if he couldn't afford to have a baby.  He can get a second job.
