How do i erase indivisuals cookies?

Go to temporary internet files, every file that ends in .txt is usually a cookie.

If you are using Windows XP, you can go to C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and delete cookies.

I think on earlier Windows platforms, they are saved on C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files, but am not sure.  You can try to look for the "Temporary Internet Files" folder on your system and find the cookies there.
