How do i estimate SFC for different mach speeds for jet engines?

  1. Don't know that there is a way. TSFC thrust specific fuel consumption is published by the engine manufacturer but not for a specific aircraft. SFC is computed by the FMS during flight and I suppose the fuel in pounds burned per nautical mile, SFC, could be mathematical computed if you have fuel flow and ground speed and wanted to do the conversions. But I can't imagine why you'd bother. In flight you have a certain time to the destination. What you really need to know is at your current  rate of consumption, lbs/hour, do you have enough fuel on board to make it. And all that is much more readily available than what you need to figure SFC.
