we recently cut down about 8 trees in our back yard and had a stump grinder come in and grind the stumps down to about 6 inchs under the level of the grass. how do i even out the ground around where the stump used to be and get rid of all the wood chips he left behind? he also took out the exposed roots on a steep hill, any tips for filling in those holes?

  1. We ended up putting sod on ours and you'd never know they cut down any trees.

  2. dirt would be good.no joke intended. the wood chips will disappear after a while. if you want them out sooner.wheelbarrow them away.get a few bags of dirt or have your local nursery deliver a yard of dirt.usually 2 yards of dirt is delivered for free and spread it out with a rake and your ground will be level.

  3. why would you cut down trees!? the provide us with oxygen, and did you know for one person, there should be 4 trees planted
