How do i export this to this

I need a little help.... I am trying to export .m4a formats to .wav formats and i don't know how to transfor it so can any one help me and other formats i am trying to transfor them to is

.aif .aifc .mp3 .mpa .mp2 .wma .asf -----and btw i am meaning music formats
