How do i extract files from and .lzh file?

i have winzip and i have hear of .zip and .rar but wtf is this

and how do i get it to where i can extract things from it?

  1. You could use WinRAR[ the same as .rar] to unpack/extract .lzh files. It says so from the websites listed in the sources area below.  

    "WinRAR provides complete support for RAR and ZIP archives and is able to unpack CAB, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR, ISO, 7Z, Z archives."

    I honestly don't believe WinRAR can unzip TAR & GZ file extensions! WinRAR is only for Windows file extensions! .tar & .gz are Linux file extensions!

    WinZip [file name] = .zip [file extension]


  2. IZArc, a free archiver/unarchiver, lists .LZH as one of its supported formats.
