Question:

How do i fall asleep???

I need some easy ways to get to sleep..help please! thanks in advance:)

    if it does not help then i advice you to consult some doc.

  3. Melatonin from the health food store works great.

    They also sell something called Calm Forte or Calm. It's sub-lingual (you put it under your tongue) and it will calm you down before bed.

    It would help if you established a routine.

    1. brush teeth

    2. read a little

    3. set your clock

    4. turn off light

    They say that helps too.

  4. 1. Medicated way? Tylenol PM, it won't make you pass on at that instant but after an hour of taking 2 pills you will be very drowsy.

    2. Take a nice warm/hot bath or if you have a hot tub.  Completely relaxes your body making any anxious/jittery feeling relax.

    3. Exercise before bed.

    4. Clear your mind by either reading something or watching tv.  It can be really difficult to fall asleep when you are thinking about a million different things.

  5. you can drink chamomile or mint tea, you can go to your doctor and get sleep aids prescribed, you can meditate before going to bed, or you can go to your drugstore and buy melatonin.

    If you find you are just lying in bed and not falling asleep get up and do something- watch some TV and so on till you get tired then try going to bed again.

    I don't take the real ****, I take a blood pressure pill, but I use it for sleep.

    But otherwise, you could go old school and drink warm milk, put some music on low, or leave the TV on and sleep on the couch, orrrrrrr maybe just stay bored as h**l with your eyes closed..

  9. listne to music,watch tv til you pass out,take sleeping pills. count or just lay in bed close your eyes and think and day dream til you eventually fall asleep.stay active and busy all day so it will wear you out for night time

  10. i try thinking about things i like...i think about how im going to decorate my room (i like decorating)

    if you like basketball for example, try thinking about practicing or make up plays in ur head

    this ALWAYS works for me hope it helps

  12. I think that a good way is effort yourself with a good dosis of work and/or exercises during the day. Your body will ask for rest, so you fall in sleep easily.

    Many other people says that bananas have a natural narcotic and eat one or two before go to bed can help. They use to put it in the blender with milk and drink:-)

    Advice:

    Eat bananas at night is not recommended to many peoples. I myself eat bananas before go to bed, I dont feel bad, but it seems not work.  

  13. Maybe drink some warm milk or herbal tea.  There's some teas that are specially made to help you sleep.  Also if your TV has a timer on it set it on sleep mode.  If my husband is away I use the TV to help me fall asleep.

  14. what i do is start at my toes and work my way up my body by saying sleep for example my toes - "toes sleeeeep" Feet sleeep" etc then if that doesnt work i do something to make my eyes tired by reading or etc or i use melaatonin an HERBAL sleeping pill  

  15. Tense up all of your muscles one at a time (feet, calves, thighs, butt, neck, arms, etc.) Then release. It relaxes your body. I also like taking showers right before bed, so I feel even more clean and relaxed. Also, turn on some relaxing music and turn off anything that makes noise :) Good luck! (if all else fails, use sleeping pills like me xD)
