How do i feel better before next weeks game?

so right now my right calf hurts a lot my right shoulder hurts my left index finger hurts and my neck and my left knee how can i heal up all this before next week because my first preseason game next week?

  1. see your school's trainer and get his/her's advice on what to do.


  2. ice.lots of it.trust me it works.

  3. Just ice/heat your joints all week and tape up your finger during practice.
