  1. It shouldn't be too hard, either contact a local travel agent in Billings or check on the internet. I would look for the best fare through San Francisco or Los Angeles, Philippine Airlines would be your best bet for a non-stop flight, with airlines like Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Japan Airlines and others offering one-stop flights through their Asian hubs. After you find a flight to Asia, look for a domestic flight to SFO or LAX that will get you there in plenty of time to make your connection, probably through Denver, Salt Lake City or even Seattle or non-stop from Billings if you can find such a flight. Try websites like sidestep.com, kayak.com and others to get an idea of the flights and times and also try the website of the airlines I mentioned to see what you can find. Good luck.

  2. either get in toch with a travel agent or go to an online travel agent or offical website of a airoplane company all those places you can buy tickets and it tells you where you get on blah blah blah at the airport

  3. Go to a travel agency. Chances it will be cheaper anyway, than on line agencies and they will be to help you better.

Travel agencies may get you ticket from a consolidator and will get you proper connecting flights. (need at least 2 hrs in order to connect properly)

Unless you don't care about re-checking you luggages at SFO or LAX and go thru security again, etc... etc...
