How do i figure out my rising sun sign

ive been going on websites and i got a different answer from each. Then i thought mabey i put in some wrong info. then i didnt it multiple times then same answers. so can somebody give me a good web-site or do it for me.

my birthday is march 17th 1994 i was born at 2:14pm

you need your birth time.

if you don't know your birth time, figure out your moon sign. there is a web site that will help you figure out your moon sign without knowing your birth time. (spot on!)

then, fiddle with the moon sign calculator that requires your birth date & time until you find the time that corresponds with your moon sign. that's your birth time.

finally, input your birth time and birth date into the rising sign calculator to figure out your rising sign. 

so easy.
