  1. measure under ur b*****s add 5 too an even no. and 4 to an odd no. for the size number.

    measure over ur b*****s and the difference between the number size is the size letter.

    eg. one inch different=a

         2 =b

         3=c

  2. go to victorias secret they will perform a bra fitting for free!

  3. go to the store and try on several different sizes and styles kinda gross but that's the only way 2 fin ur perfect bra

  4. Go to the store and get measured , that is the best way

  5. Use a measuring tape (like seamstresses use) and measure all around, beneath your b*****s first.

    Then measure all around again, but this time on top of the tip of your breast (your nipples).

    If the difference is one inch, I believe it is an A cup, two inches is a B cup, and so forth... Or you can go to a Victoria's Secret store, or Fedrick's of Hollywood, and have one of the girls measure you, since that's what they are trained to do...

  6. Unfortunately, the smallest band size is 28 (NOT 32 like everyone thinks). You need a 26, but you'll have to settle with a 28.

    The difference between your band size and bust size is 2, so you might need a 28B. However, no one on here can tell you your bra size, and relying on measurements can often lead to someone wearing the wrong size (mine would say I'm a 32C/D, which is completely wrong).

    You say the 34B fits you. There is no way the band is right, as it's 9in too big. If the cup fits you, try the band size down and a cup size up. For example - a 34B and 32C have the same cup volume, but a different band size. So try 32C, then 30D, and 28DD until you find the right band. You shouldn't be able to pull it more than 2in away from your body.

    Now check the cups. Look for spillage, the underwire digging in etc - signs of a cup too small. If the fabric wrinkles, or the cups gape, it is too big and you should try the size down.

    Don't be shocked by your size. People assuming DD is huge and F is ridiculous is the reason 80% are wearing the wrong size. The average is more around 34DD than 36C as claimed.

    Good luck :)

  7. this best thing to do is go to victoria's secret and asked to get measured. they will measure you for free. doesnt mean you have to buy a bra from them but they are accurate.
