How do i figure out who lived in my house before me is there a website or something?

Check records at the tax assessor's office and at the courthouse.  The deed records will show who owned the property.

No but you can go down to the local library, and they might have the records for the original owners. Also you can check the census report at the local library, best of all its free to the public!

If you own the house do a title search at the County Court House.  Get acquainted with older members of your neighbor hood and ask questions as they might be able to put you in contact with family members that lived there before you.  Also go to the city office and see if they have any old street maps listing who owned the property before you did.
