How do i file a lawsuit against an escrow company

casablanca escrow cancelled my escrow check and wired the funds to a persons checking account based on a forged document.

You need a lawyer.  If your case is iron-clad, you might find someone willing to do it on contingency.

But a lawsuit should be your last resort.  Try to come to a reasonable solution with the company first.

find an attorney. look in the phone book or on-line. or, if  it's under a certain amount, go down to your local court house and file a small claims suit, but make sure to find out if this case qualifies for small claims. i would start out by filing a police report though.
