How do i fill a steam cleaner with water?

Hi have just acquired a morphy richards grime buster steam cleaner and was wondering how you fill it with water as the nozzle where you should fill it just keeps on turning and turning and not coming off to fill it with water is there a special way of doing it?

Just been on it's web site, it says the tank comes off for easy filling!

Just put morphy richards grime buster, you can sometimes get a user manuals, I've done it for my TV.
