How do i find NJ dog trainers?

I don't have alot of money and i hear that there are dog trainers that train dogs either for free ( for volunteer), or at a very minimum cost to cater to those who want to better there homes but can't..... How can I find people like this that aren't scams....?

u can find on web site, ask to dogs training school Or College. search on your computer browser.
