How do i find a company in Spain that has disappeared?

i am needing to trace a company in Spain that has gone into liquidation. i need information on the company and it's directors. i also need to confirm they have set up new companies in different names, where do i need to start looking. i have only the internet and noted references to go on, if anyone can suggest where to start i would be grateful many thanks.

if its costa del sol - google costa del sol action group  - note

don't get taken in by costa del sol reaction gro p - fraudsters.

also there is a site called scamdex which may show if the company

were a scam - also google the directors names you ill be surprised
