How do i find a free criminal records search?

type in the address of your local clerk of courts in the search bar  you must put the city and state or the county if you want the sheriff's dept and then on the clerk of courts page there should be a link for the court records hit that link also it should show you active warrents also. If you are looking for a complet record check type in the state you want and criminal and it should pull up a link that lets you search every  state

Not possible.

You can pay a fee for an entire year though.

One time search is about 30. bucks.
